Naeemah Elias

I help my clients find creative solutions—whether it’s breaking through barriers that hold you back or building pathways to unlock potential in your employees and organization. I’ve benefited from countless hands lifting me up, and now I use my diverse experiences to be that hand for others.

Growing up, I faced fear, surrounded by bullies, drugs, and gangs. My escape was education, thanks to parents who emphasized it as the way "out." Programs like Upward Bound and community leaders like Silas Parnell helped me achieve what once felt impossible—getting into Harvard.

After earning a psychology degree, I pursued my passion for theatre, winning awards and honing my skills in presence and confidence. Single motherhood forced me to lean into resilience, building a career where I coached, mentored, and created corporate solutions in HR, compliance, and talent development.

Now, with a wealth of experience and a passion for empowering others, I’m here to help you rise.
